Spoiled Pork Meat. Consuming will damage your health.
Pork mostly goes bad in the first days of a wipe. Boars are everywhere early, you kill them for fat anyway, and the wooden box by the furnace fills with raw pork faster than anyone eats it. Every metal fragment goes into tools and a sheet door, so the kitchen can wait.
A few days later the bottom of that box is spoiled pork meat. Its game text is clear: consuming it will damage your health. Nothing crafts with it.
Tip
Cook boar meat the evening you bring it home and eat cooked pork instead of saving raw stacks. Once the walls are up, a fridge costs 150 metal fragments at a Level 1 workbench.
If you farm, the spoiled stack can still go into a composter.
