Bear Meat that has been overcooked.
A bear is the biggest pile of meat most hunts bring home, and so the biggest one you can ruin. You haul the raw bear meat back, load the whole lot onto the barbeque, and then a teammate calls for help at the hill. By the time you are back, the grill is full of this.
The game text only says the meat was overcooked. In practice it feeds you a lot worse than cooked bear meat, and no recipe on the site asks for it. Recycling gives nothing back either.
Tip
Before you walk away from the grill, pull out whatever is done, even half a stack. Cooked meat left on a lit fire keeps cooking.
What is already burnt can go into a composter with the rest of the farm waste.
