Pistol Bullet

A Level 1 craft that barely touches your sulfur. On day one the metal fragments run out long before the sulfur, and the bench waits on the furnace.

About this craft

Metal, not sulfur, caps your first pistol stack. Every craft takes twice as many metal fragments as gun powder, and a full stack eats 320 of them on the same day you are paying for a Level 1 workbench, a revolver and better tools. Smelt the ore from your first runs before anyone queues ammo, or the bench sits idle waiting for fragments.

The powder side is easy. One batch of gun powder covers two crafts, so order in eights and nothing is left over. Type in a single bullet and you see the opposite: spare rounds and half a batch of powder lying in the box.

Everything above this rung costs more powder per round. HV pistol ammo doubles it for range, the incendiary version adds raw sulfur on top. For defending the base and clearing a monument, plain rounds are what you keep crafting.
