Five is the number to remember. A stack of medium presents holds five, and the game text says five upgrade into a large present, so a full slot is one big present waiting to happen. One step below sit the small presents you merge to get here.
The text itself is modest: a medium present, might be good. Nothing in our data lists what is inside, so do not plan a wipe around it.
Where it shines is a clan night. Everyone brings what the event gave them to the main room, the Christmas tree is up, the daily gift from the Advent Calendar has been collected, and you open the presents one at a time with the whole group watching. Whoever has exactly five merges them first and opens the large one last.
Tip
Decide before you unwrap. A medium present that is already open no longer counts toward the five you need for a large one.
