Characteristics
Overview
These blue berry seeds can be planted in the ground and grown to collect additional food. Planting these seeds in a planter, and then watering them with large quantities of water yields significantly more berries and faster growth.
A blue berry farm usually begins with a pocketful of these, picked up from the same wild bushes you strip for your first teas. Plant them the day the Mixing Table goes down, because bushes near a base run dry long before your appetite for tea does.
Where they go changes a lot. Open ground grows them; a planter with plenty of water grows them faster and gives significantly more, as the seed's description says. Put them in a large planter box in the light, keep water going to it, and add fertilizer between rounds if your group runs a composter.
Seeds are the start, not the plan. Each one comes up with its own genes, so the first bed is uneven. Once a plant shows good ones, take clones of it and let those carry the farm. The blue berries they give go to the table, and any seeds you still hold wait in a box for a restart.
