Overview
A medieval knights helmet. Made from scrap metal. Excellent craftmanship.
Head armour for the stretch of a wipe when everyone fights in a coffee can helmet, shaped like a medieval knight's helm instead. The two rows are twins: fifteen cloth, sixty metal fragments and one sewing kit at a Level 2 workbench, 200 durability, identical recycling.
Say your duo gets the bench up on day two with frags for two helmets. One crafts a can, the other a knight's helm. In the next fight at the Train Yard you both soak the same shots, since nothing in either row hints at a difference.
Tip
There is no blueprint to buy here. The game files make the helm a skin of the coffee can: you learn the can, and the knight's face comes up when you craft it if you own the skin. So never budget scrap for it.
The real step up is still the metal facemask at a Level 3 bench. Until you can afford it, the helm finishes the set with the cuirass.
