Of the three jumpsuits, this one names its owner. The game text says a waterwell NPC wears it, a green jumpsuit with a gas mask. Which NPC that is and where it stands, the row does not say.
The numbers match its siblings. Fifty cloth, durability 100, no research cost and a bench tier above the Level 3 workbench, which no player can place. The plain Jumpsuit and the Blue Jumpsuit carry the same row, so none of the three can be learned.
Got one and a hot monument ahead? Do not trust the mask in its text. The separate Gas Mask is a metal item with its own row, and nothing here promises radiation protection. Wear it for the look, then recycle it for a good part of the cloth.
