Overview
Emits thick, visibility blocking smoke upon impact.
Don't build any plan around this one. It is an unfinished smoke round for the rocket launcher that sits in the game files under a placeholder name, and on a normal server you shouldn't expect to craft it, find it in crates or unlock it in the tech tree.
If you actually need smoke, there are working options. A thrown smoke grenade covers a revive or a door push, and the 40mm smoke grenade puts a screen down at range from a grenade launcher. Both do the job this rocket was apparently meant for.
The only place you might meet it is a modded or admin server that spawns items directly. Treat it as a curiosity there too: it may behave oddly or break after any patch.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
