The calculator says Level 3 and four pieces of tech trash, and both come from one line. It prices the CCTV camera as a craft, but the camera cannot be crafted at all, so you loot it. Holding a camera, you need only a Level 2 workbench and a single piece of tech trash for the launcher itself.
So the hunt is for cameras, and they hide inside other things. A drone, an auto turret or a PTZ camera you will never place goes into the recycler with an even chance of handing one back. Do it while the sky is quiet, not once a heli is already circling your base.
Plan the missiles in the same session. Every craft of them eats another piece of tech trash, so a launcher with a camera and an empty tech trash box fires nothing. The homing missile page has that bill.
Watch out
Don't recycle this launcher to get the camera back. The ordinary recycler returns it only half the time, along with half the metal and fewer pipes.
