Go hunting before you start this queue. The fire comes from low grade fuel, a big pour of it in every rocket, and under the fuel sit animal fat and cloth. The sulfur is a small bill next to a full rocket; the fat is what sends a group back out after boars and bears.
Fuel leaves the bench in batches that only divide evenly when you craft these in fours. A single rocket leaves a drop of fuel over, while four close every batch clean.
Watch out
The pipes match the explosive rocket's, pipe for pipe. The blueprint sits at a Level 2 bench, but crafting a metal pipe waits for Level 3, so until then every pipe is a road barrel, a crate or a recycled gun. Spend them on incendiaries only when the target is wood.
When the target is players rather than a wooden wall, a high velocity rocket gets there on half the pipes.
