Overview
Glowing water. Consuming will damage your health and irradiate you.
Leave it alone. Drinking it does two bad things at once, hurting you and adding radiation, and nothing on the crafting side needs it. Plenty of players go whole wipes without ever holding a drop.
If some does end up in a container, pour it out and refill with clean water. The water purifier promises drinkable water from salty or stagnant water and says nothing about radiation, so do not count on it here.
Drank some by mistake? A jar of honey reduces radiation along with hunger, and anti-radiation pills lower it too. The pills come with a catch the game spells out: extreme dehydration. Then you are thirsty again with bad water in your hands, which is how the whole mess started.
