Bronze Egg

Here the hunt asks its first question. Crack the egg for whatever surprise sits inside, or put it aside until you have ten and trade them for a silver egg, whose text promises medium level loot. The stack tops out at ten, so a full slot is one upgrade ready to go.

Each bronze egg costs ten painted eggs, so they pile up slowly. Picture a trio after the hunt, a handful each. Two of them pour theirs into one pocket and reach ten. The third cracks his on the spot for a bit of kit before the evening roam. Neither choice is wrong; the game never states the odds of what comes out.
