Spoiled Chicken. Eating it will damage your health.
You blow into a base at the edge of the map, open the first box and find spoiled chicken next to some cloth. Do not waste a slot on it. It is not loot: eating it damages your health, and nothing on the site crafts with it.
It does tell you something, though. Meat goes off when it sits in a box for days, so a stack of rotten chicken hints that nobody has been home in a while. You can clear that base calmly and expect less of a fight.
Your own birds deserve better. Raw chicken breast goes on the fire soon after the kill and comes back as cooked chicken, and anything spare waits in a fridge. That is where the owner of the base you are raiding should have put his.
