Small Water Catcher

One tarp, a little wood and metal at a Level 1 bench. The tarp is loot, and on day one the small planter box wants that very same tarp.

About this craft

Your first tarp of the wipe has two buyers. The small planter box needs no research and no bench, this catcher needs a cheap blueprint and a Level 1 workbench, and each takes one tarp. Tarps cannot be crafted, so the next one depends on the next road run. If a river or a lake sits next to the base, plant first and carry the water yourself; if the base is on a dry hill, the catcher comes first.

The rest of the bill is pocket change: a little wood and some fragments, nothing a starter base does not already have.

Watch out

Don't plan to recycle these when you move up to the large water catcher. The ordinary recycler returns the tarp only half the time, so a small catcher you have built is usually worth more on the roof than in the machine.
