The Level 1 bench on this page is real, but only for owners. The Snow Machine is crafted by players who own its Steam item, with no research at all, and stays out of everyone else's crafting menu. If it is yours, a Level 1 workbench and one evening's gathering are all it takes.
Most of that evening goes into fuel. The calculator queues a run of low grade fuel crafts from fat and cloth and keeps two left over. The metal pipe is the part to count: until a Level 3 bench crafts pipes, that one comes from a road barrel, and a shotgun wants it too.
Nothing here wins a fight. The machine blankets the ground around it in snow, a white yard for the holidays. Craft it once the guns have their pipes. If it bores the clan, the recycler returns the pipe only half the time, the same coin flip as the Fogger-3000.
