Same name and same bill as the plain Scientist Suit, but this entry is the Outpost guards' uniform. No player crafts it, and the guards never hand it over.
Two recipe pages carry this name, and their numbers match down to the last tarp. The other one is the plain Scientist Suit; this one has peacekeeper in its shortname, the tag of the guards at Outpost. Neither can be crafted or researched by a player, so read the bill as what a suit is worth, not as something to queue.
Watch out
Do not go looking for this suit at Outpost. Pull a weapon there and the guards open fire, and they wear the uniform, they do not drop it.
If one reaches you through a server kit, the recycler is the honest answer. It returns HQM, a sewing kit and some tarp, and the tarp is the one thing here no bench can make. Put it toward your next hazmat suit.
