Nobody crafts this generator. The game gives players no blueprint for it, so the Level 2 line on this page never opens, and on a normal server you will rarely see one at all. Admins and test setups use it to feed a circuit without fuel. If one does land in your inventory, read the calculator as a price tag for its parts.
Those parts are the interesting bit. Electric fuses, gears and metal pipes sit inside, and the fuses can't be crafted either. The ordinary recycler returns about half of every line: fuses for your keycard runs, gears for a door, a pipe and a good pile of HQM.
So unless your server lets you keep it running, recycle it. For real base power, the craft to learn is the small generator.
