Its moment comes mid-wipe, when the base is sealed, the loot room is sorted and someone in the group wants the main room to look less like a bunker. It is made from ten cloth, and every player knows it from the start, so trying it out hurts nobody.

Don't expect it to change how the base holds up. Upgrades and repairs are still the hammer's work, and reskinning boxes and doors belongs to the spray can. Which patterns you can choose may depend on what your account owns, so don't be surprised if a friend's list is longer than yours.
