Garry's Mod Tool Gun

A Garry's Mod anniversary item that does a hammer's job: upgrades and pickups. Craft it for the look, since it costs a little more and adds nothing.

Overview

In-game description
Celebrating 15 Years of Garry's Mod! Use this tool gun to upgrade building parts. Right-click for the options. You can also pick up deployed objects while the hammer is equipped.

Hold it wherever you would hold a hammer. Facepunch released it to mark fifteen years of Garry's Mod, its older sandbox game, and in Rust it does the same building work: aim at a block, press RMB for the upgrade options, and pick up the box you placed in the wrong corner.

Nothing about it is stronger. Two players upgrading a starter base to stone, one with the tool gun and one with a hammer, end up with identical walls. What changes is the model in your hand and the bill: the hammer costs only wood, while the tool gun asks for twenty metal fragments on top.

You can't research it, so it is not a blueprint you pick up mid-wipe. If you have it, craft it for the joke. If you don't, the hammer leaves you missing nothing.

Recycling

Recycler

At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
