Overview
Milk with the cream separated out. Hydrating, but less calorie dense than whole milk.
Thirst is what it is good for. Its own text calls it hydrating but less calorie dense than whole milk, so it sits between water and a meal: strong on the thirst bar, weaker on the food one.
Nobody sets out to make it. It is what remains when milk separates in a fridge and the part you wanted was the cream. Say your group just turned a stack of milk into cream for creamy teas before a raid. The fridge is now full of skimmed bottles nobody planned for. No recipe asks for it, so drinking is its only job.
Do not throw it out. Keep a few in the hotbar on a farm run or hand them to whoever holds the walls during a defence, and you save trips to the river. On long trips a small water bottle is still handier, since you can refill it.
