Overview
An advanced scrap tea, temporarily increases the amount of scrap you receive from barrels a moderate amount.
Plan the route before you drink. The game text gives this cup a moderate, temporary boost to the scrap you get from barrels, and that only adds up when you break a lot of them in a row: a stretch of road, the barrels scattered around a big monument, the next road and back home.

The cleanest use is a group that sends one runner on barrels while the rest farm. Brew that runner's cup at the Mixing Table the night before. Above it sits Pure Scrap Tea, which promises a large boost but eats advanced cups, so it only makes sense when someone runs barrels for hours.
