Glowing Eyes

Two points of light in a dark window, and the player outside stops for a second. That is the whole trick, and on a Halloween night it works.

There is no recipe, no workbench and nothing to research here, and the game's own text just says glowing eyes. So you do not make them, you find them, most likely in event loot such as the Halloween loot bags. The row shows no protection, and its durability of 100 suggests they wear down like any other piece.

Wear them for the look. A Dracula mask with eyes that glow is the obvious pairing, if both fit at once. Just take them off before a night roam: eyes that glow are also eyes that get shot. More costume pieces are under Attire.
