Basic Cooling Tea

Brew this one when your base sits in the desert and the farming trips run through midday. Out on the sand the sun and a warm kit push your body temperature up, and a player who overheats gets thirsty faster and in the end starts losing health. The game's text says the tea lowers both your maximum and your core temperature for a while, so it puts a ceiling on how hot you can get.

Here is where it pays off: you are working sulfur nodes between the dunes, wearing the armour you would need if a roamer showed up, and the heat icon will not go away. Taking the kit off is the free fix. When that is not an option, a basic tea from the Mixing Table is the cheap one, since it goes straight from berries to tea with no lower brew in between.

If you drink it every session, grow the berries yourself in a large planter box. And do not grab the wrong bottle from the box: the basic warming tea does the exact opposite. When the basic cup is not enough, several of them mix into one advanced cooling tea.
