Ten sewing kits in one pair of gloves, more than any armour you can craft. No player can craft them, so that bill tells you what a spare pair is worth.
The kits are the story of this bill. No recipe in the game asks for more sewing kits than this pair, not even the metal chest plate, and every kit hides three ropes that only come from loot. Count it through and a pair of tactical gloves holds 30 ropes' worth of crates and road barrels.
None of that is a plan, because no player can craft or research the gloves. It is a price. Keep the pair you wear, since the steadier aim their text promises is something no other gloves offer. A second pair is different: the ordinary recycler returns half the leather and half the kits, and a group short on rope feels that at once. Crafting the kits yourself takes a Level 3 bench and that same rope.
