Nobody crafts the ghost costume. It has no blueprint a player can learn or own, so every sheet in a wipe comes from loot or a trade, and the bill above is a price tag, not a plan.
Read that way, it is a pricey gag. The cloth is a lot for a bedsheet, and the two sewing kits are exactly what a road sign jacket needs. Feed it to the recycler and you get about half the cloth and a kit, a little more at a red one.
So keep one for the Halloween clip if someone in the group wants it, and recycle every other sheet you find. That kit is one less you have to craft at Level 3 from rope you can only loot.
