Plan the whole row before you open the crafting menu. All four candle colours share one bill, so green costs exactly what the blue candle does and the calculator counts them alike. What changes is the queue: put the greens in with the red and violet ones, keep the total even, and the low grade fuel divides with nothing over.
Like every candle, it is craftable only for players who own it on Steam, and there is no blueprint to research.
Count before you craft, too. A spare candle fed to the recycler brings back roughly half its fuel and metal fragments, so the extras cost you the other half. For the high finish, a green boomer does what no candle can.
