About this craft

The barricade's blueprint is only half the research. Each one takes two metal blades, and blades have a cheap blueprint of their own at the same Level 2 workbench. Learn both in one visit and the whole chain turns into furnace output: 260 metal fragments and a little scrap per barricade, blades included.

Skip the blade blueprint and you are counting loot. Blades come out of road barrels and back out of recycled salvaged tools and swords, enough for one barricade, rarely for a line of them across the yard.

Tip

No rope goes in. When the rope box is empty, this is the barricade you can still craft, while the barbed wooden one waits for a coil.

Those frags come from the same furnaces as your doors and upgrades, so queue the barricades once the base is safe, not before.
