Overview
A collection of used piping that’s been converted into a Tuba. Probably not very hygienic.
New neighbours have just walled in down the road. You can watch them through a scope for a long while, or you can walk over with a sousaphone, stand at their door and play something ridiculous. Sometimes the door opens and you have a trade partner. Sometimes you learn very fast who lives there.
It costs 100 metal fragments and nothing else, with no bench and nothing to research, which makes it the priciest of the brass. Every player can craft it from the start. A recycler gives back half the metal once the joke wears off.
While you play, your hands hold a tuba and not a gun. For a lighter horn the Plumber's Trumpet does the same job, and more noise makers wait in the Fun list.

Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
