Efficiency Workbench Upgrade

Three gears and 200 scrap, none of which can buy one: the upgrade is loot. It holds fewer gears than Accelerated, so keeping it costs you least.

About this craft

Three gears and a pile of scrap sit in this bill, and none of it buys the upgrade. It cannot be crafted or researched at all: every Efficiency upgrade on a server came from loot or a trade, and the calculator only prices the one you found.

That makes it the cheap one to keep. The Accelerated upgrade hides five gears, this one three, and the ordinary recycler returns just one gear and a coin flip on a second, with no scrap. Breaking it down wins you little, so fitting it costs you little too.

Tip

Put it on the bench that turns out arrows, pistol rounds and syringes in batches. Explosives and raid items never get the bonus, so a bench that only makes C4 gains nothing.

What the bonus does in numbers is on its item page.
