Crafting it means crafting a furnace. The Legacy Furnace has no blueprint of its own: owners of the skin choose the old Rust Legacy look when they craft a furnace, and every player knows that blueprint from the first minute of a wipe. No research, no bench, no scrap.
The bill is the furnace's, and so is its slow step. The low grade fuel takes most of the craft time and starts with animal fat, so the hunt comes before the smelting whichever look you pick. Two at once still divide the fuel exactly.
Nothing in the data sets it apart once it is placed. Pick it for an old-school camp, or keep the plain one; you lose nothing either way.
