The cabinet is craftable only for players who own its DLC. There is no blueprint to research and no amount of scrap unlocks it, so if it is missing from your menu, this page is a price list and nothing more.
For owners the bill is short, and the gears are all of it. The high quality metal is one furnace run, but crafted gears mean a Level 3 bench and, unfolded, 200 scrap for the pair. Use looted ones, and only spare ones.
Spare is the word that matters. The same pair hangs a garage door, and one gear more builds a vending machine that earns scrap while you sleep. The cabinet earns nothing. Craft it when the doors are up and gears are piling up in a box.
