Unfold the syringes and the bill is mostly cloth plus the animal fat that becomes low grade fuel. A small hemp patch by the base keeps a group in kits for the whole wipe.
Craft them in pairs. A single kit leaves fuel over from the last batch, while a pair uses the batches exactly. And keep spare kits away from the recycler: it usually hands back only one of the syringes.
