Purple changes nothing on the bill, so plan the run instead of the colour. A trio going into radiation needs three suits: twelve tarps and six sewing kits on top of the metal. Whoever owns the Twitch Rivals skin can queue all three at a Level 2 workbench, pick purple for one and plain for the rest.
The owner still needs the plain hazmat suit blueprint. There is no Twitch blueprint and no research of its own, so a skin without that blueprint crafts nothing. The game text only adds a colour to the plain suit's line, and a purple suit at the monument exit is a normal hazmat underneath.
